Answers To All of Your Questions
FAQs
My pet needs to go to the vet, Can you take them?
Of course! You can provide a carrier, or we will provide an airline approved carrier for the ride to and/or from your Veterinarian's Office.
Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
Yes, I certainly do! I have provided Pet Sitting Services for Clients who owned very exquisite Salt Water Fish Tanks with an array of particularly sensitive types of Saltwater Plants, Fish, Corals, & Invertebrates. I have also Pet sat for Exotic Birds such as Parrots. Attention to detail is important and I will mimic your regular routine as discussed during our initial Consultation Visit.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
I have three dogs of my own that I walk together. The most I have professionally walked has been two. That being said, if your dogs are well-mannered and typically walk well as a pack, I don't see why I couldn't walk your pack the same way you do.
When do I need to give you the keys to the house?
Keys are to be provided at the Initial Consultation Visit. An additional $12 fee may apply if your Sitter has to make an additional trip to pick up/drop off keys outside of a regularly scheduled visit.
What are your Holiday Rates?
There is a $6 surcharge in addition to our regular fees. Holidays include all major Holidays.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You must cancel a minimum of 24 hours prior to your first scheduled visit to avoid being charged for the first scheduled visit only.

Dog Walks can be cancelled by 8 am the day of the scheduled walk to avoid being charged for the walk.
Why should I use your Grooming Services instead of a Professional Groomer?
If you are interested in having your Pet receive a fancy hair-cut, ear hair plucking, or placed in a kennel to be air-dried, I am not the person for the job. However, if your Pet simply needs a good scrub, a shave, or a nail trimming, I have been trained as a Veterinary Technician to perform those tasks gently and proficiently. Not only do you not have to stress your Pet out by taking them to the groomer, you can rest assured I know exactly what I am doing based on years of experience performing simple grooming tasks at the Veterinarian's Office.
My Pet takes Medications. Are you comfortable giving my Pet medications while I am away?
Absolutely! I am familiar with providing medications in many various ways. Including by hand, hidden in treats, using a Pill Gun, by dropper (such as eye or ear drops), topical, and injectable. I will give your Pet their medications the exact same way they are used to taking them.
